Hello! My name is Zoe and I created this site to share my love of food and eating with you. I am an accredited practising dietitian with 14 years experience helping people heal their relationship with food and their body.
I became a dietitian to show people that dieting or cutting out food you love is not necessary for good health, in fact it can be quite damanging. Many of the people I see have a damaged relationship with food through dieting and being immersed in the diet culture in which we live.
My hope is that these pages help people let go of the good/bad food mentality and discover that all food can have place in a balanced diet that nourishes our body well. I want to see people fall in love with food and the pleasure of eating again.
